Job Description
One of Insight Global’s customers is looking to onboard an AI Engineer to their team in Irvine, CA. This role is embedded in a high-output innovation center where speed, ownership, and execution matter. The majority of the work (~80%) is hands-on, sprint-based delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives, with the remaining time focused on forward-looking research and rapid experimentation. The team pushes aggressively, driving roughly 12 projects per year from concept to production, many of which are conceived internally by the innovation group while others are driven directly by urgent business needs. Success in this role requires operating with urgency, thriving in ambiguity, and consistently shipping high-impact solutions under tight timelines. This is a permanent opportunity and will be 5 days a week onsite in Irvine, CA.

Required Skills & Experience
Mid senior level – 3+ years of experience
1+ years of experience with traditional machine learning and deep learning
Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
Experience applying data science concepts on top of deep learning projects
Experience leveraging GCP (including Google response services); AWS experience is a plus
Bachelor’s degree
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Master’s degree or higher
