Insight Global is seeking a Social/ Data Analyst for one of the largest gaming companies. This individual will report to the Audience Development Manager to provide data and analytics-driven performance tracking for multiple owned social media channels. This individual will work alongside the marketing team to grow engagement and audience across social channels. The right candidate will have experience analyzing data from social media platforms and data-driven decision-making skills. Providing actionable feedback and learnings to various levels of stakeholders will be presented to improve social performance. Experience with Spinklr and other data-focused platforms are needed for this role. The right candidate will stay up-to-date on social trends and identify opportunities to grow their audience. This role is remote, working PST hours.

3+ years of experience analyzing data from social media in the entertainment or gaming industry
Experience combining contextual information with data to create recommendations
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
Experience creating and presenting weekly performance reports to social teams
Researching and developing new strategies to increase the market audience
Experience with Sprinklr or other data-focused platforms
Strong presentation skills
Knowledge of the Blizzard Franchise
