Backlog Management
Responsible for developing, prioritizing, and maintaining the product backlog
Ensures backlog visibility, clarity, and alignment across teams
Product Vision & Strategy
Defines product vision, roadmap, and detailed requirements
Ensures alignment with overall business strategy and goals
Stakeholder Collaboration
Acts as the primary liaison between customers, business stakeholders, and the development team
Gathers feedback and translates business needs into clear product requirements
Sprint Planning & Execution
Leads sprint planning sessions
Defines and refines user stories
Reviews and accepts completed work to ensure quality standards are met
Performance Tracking
Monitors key performance indicators and relevant market trends
Uses insights to measure product success and inform future decisions

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar Agile/Scrum role
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and user story creation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to prioritize work based on ROI and overall business value
Solid technical understanding of software development processes
Preferred certification: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar
