A healthcare company is seeking an Epic Training Manager to join their team! This individual will create custom curriculum specific to client needs and conduct trainings to ensure the team can properly utilize the Epic systems. Additionally, this person will work closely with the internal Epic Applications team to help troubleshoot any issues and help configure, customize, and improve the company's Epic systems. This is a permanent position that is fully remote. Travel is required for any and all client interactions. The salary range for this position is $107,000 - 130,000.

Strong knowledge of Epic systems and applications (clinical, non-clinical, and revenue cycle)
Involved in the full lifecycle of Epic implementations and required training based on user needs
Certified in multiple Epic Trainer certifications (Wisdom preferred)
Experience in training and education
Bachelor's Degree in education, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; and/or relevant field experience
Excellent communication skills
Innovative mindset
Knowledge of e-learning platform and tools
