Job Description
The Workforce Engine pillar is a newly established strategic area focused on optimizing in store resourcing across retail and experiential environments. This role will partner closely with commercial product managers, data engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to build data products that bring efficiency, visibility, and scalability to how teams are staffed and deployed across the organization.
We are looking for a Data Product Manager with strong CPG and retail data experience, an understanding of data pipelines and analytics workflows, and the ability to bring structure to a rapidly maturing data product function. This person will play a key role in defining processes, documentation standards, and product development practices as the team continues to grow. This role is 100% remote and will be a contract-hire position.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience in a Product Manager role
Experience overseeing Data/Analytics specifical products and services – ideally experience with semantic layer, Databricks, Power BI, data transformations, etc
CPG/Retail industry experience
Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience working with a project management/documentation software – ideally Asana (client is moving from monday.com to Asana)
Experience standardizing processes and documenting
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Asana
Nielsen or Circana experience
