Insight Global is looking for a Change Manager/Configuration Manager/Business Analyst who has strong experience in reviewing change requests, reviewing IT Service Managment (ITSM) processes, incident management requests, etc. You will be coordinating with Program Managers on contractor requirements, programs, schedules and approvals. This is a remote role but you must work PST hours!

5 Years experience as a Change Manager/Business Analyst
Knowledge of ITIL V4 Delivery Model
2 Years experience in ServiceNow
Understanding of ITSM, Configuration Management, Incident Managment and Change Managment
Strong experience in Microsoft Office, excel, powerpoint
