Insight Global is looking for a Production Coordinator to join one of the largest gaming companies in Irvine, CA. This individual will support the execution of all content production across multiple franchises. Prior experience monitoring and tracking daily budgets, maintaining schedules for shoots, and proper communication between multiple parties is required for this individual to succeed. This person is required to be onsite in Irvine, CA a couple of days a week, depending on shoot schedules.

2+ years of experience scheduling and coordinating meetings and on site shoots
Maintaining budgets and timecards for contractors
Experience managing catering and on-set needs
Travel coordinating
Maintaining client communication in adherence to timelines
Very organized and has attention to detail
Familiar with Blizzard franchise
Previous experience in the gaming or entertainment industry
