Job Description

A B2B technology and distribution client is seeking a Product Manager – Loyalty & Rewards to join their team! This individual will own the strategy and execution of a customer loyalty and rewards ecosystem designed to drive retention, engagement, and long-term customer value. They will define the product roadmap, gather requirements, and partner closely with engineering, marketing, and analytics to launch and optimize loyalty features such as rewards, tiers, offers, and partner incentives. The role will rely heavily on data analysis, experimentation, and customer insights to continuously improve program performance and user experience.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with at least 2+ years owning a loyalty, rewards, or customer engagement platform
• Proven experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy and roadmap through launch and optimization
• Strong background partnering with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and operations
• Data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs, experimentation (A/B testing), and customer insights to guide decisions
• Experience translating business goals into clear product requirements and user stories
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience in B2B, marketplace, or platform-based products
• Familiarity with points-based rewards, tiering systems, partner-funded incentives, or promotions
• Background working with global or multi-region loyalty programs
• Experience integrating loyalty programs with CRM, marketing automation, or e-commerce platforms
MBA or advanced degree in a related field
