Job Description

An employer in the insurance broker industry is looking for Marketing Technology Implementation Specialist to join the fully-remote team. This individual will serve as the technical lead for marketing technology implementations, migrations, and platform onboarding initiatives across a rapidly evolving enterprise marketing ecosystem. They will partner closely with Marketing, IT, and software vendors to evaluate, implement, configure, integrate, and operationalize marketing technology solutions resulting from acquisitions, new platform deployments, and ongoing business needs. Responsibilities include assessing and learning unfamiliar technology stacks inherited through M&A activity, leading application implementation and migration efforts, establishing governance and security controls such as SSO and user access management, and ensuring new platforms align with enterprise standards and policies. The role will support a variety of CRM and marketing automation platforms—including Salesforce, HubSpot, Eloqua, Zoho, Sixsense, Constant Contact, and other SaaS applications—by coordinating integrations, validating data flows, supporting API-related discussions, and helping business stakeholders understand platform capabilities and implementation options. This person will create comprehensive technical documentation, implementation guides, support runbooks, knowledge base articles, and integration documentation, while also delivering training and knowledge transfer sessions to application support teams. Success in this role requires someone who is naturally curious, comfortable navigating ambiguity, eager to learn new technologies, capable of leading discussions with business users and vendors, and passionate about helping the organization adopt emerging capabilities, including new AI-driven functionality being incorporated into modern marketing platforms.
