Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Assistant to join our clients reputable civil litigation firm in Irvine, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trial preparation and support, and will be able to handle a variety of tasks to assist their legal team.

Required Skills & Experience

Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information
- Draft and proofread legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Manage case files, ensuring all documents are organized and up to date
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel as needed
- Maintain and update trial calendars and deadlines
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and copying

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant in civil litigation
- Proven trial experience is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Paralegal cert + Degree
