Job Description

An employer in the insurance industry is seeking a Junior IT Project Manager to join their fully remote team. This entry-level role is designed for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or IT support. The Junior PM will assist with tracking project timelines, sending out basic status updates, and supporting Product Owners and senior PMs during planning and discovery phases. They will help coordinate meetings and documentation between internal teams and external vendors, maintain project records, and update task boards in tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira. The Junior PM will participate in Agile ceremonies and begin learning how to support integrations with platforms like SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.

Required Skills & Experience

1–2 years of experience in project coordination, IT support, or related field
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps)
Basic understanding of Agile methodologies
Strong communication and organizational skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in enterprise IT environments.
