An employer in the insurance industry is looking for a Project Manager to join the fully-remote team. Their day-today responsibilities will include sending out project status updates and preparing detailed project status reports. They will work closely with Product Owners (POs) and coordinate with both contract developers and in-house development teams. While extensive technical knowledge isn't necessary, this person will assist with enterprise application projects, coordinating discovery phases with POs. The Project Manager will manage integrations with third-party services and internal software, such as SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Salesforce. Utilizing Agile methodologies and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools in Azure DevOps (ADO), they will ensure regular reporting every two weeks. The Project Manager will oversee a mixture of internal projects and new builds, including the implementation of systems like Origami and their integration with tools like ServiceNow. They will also handle multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from smaller, short-term initiatives to large-scale projects worth up to several million dollars.

5+ years of technical project management experience.
Experience working on projects related to internal enterprise applications.
Experience working on third-party software integration projects.
Experience working in an agile environment.
Comfortable managing anywhere between 5-10 projects at a time.
Experience using a project management tool of their choice (ADO, Jira or ServiceNow preferred).
Excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate with high-level stakeholders.
PMP Certification preferred.
