One of Insight Globals Healthcare clients is looking to onboard an Integration Technical Lead to their team in Irvine, CA. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of software development and integrations related projects and develop[ and implement development and QA strategies for the team. This individual must have familiarity with best leadership practices, demonstrating the ability to inspire and manage teams to achieve strategic objectives. They will have a proven track record of overseeing large-scale IT projects, implementing application portfolios, and driving innovation in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role demands someone who can seamlessly integrate and optimize applications within the enterprise, fostering collaboration between departments and ensuring alignment with overall business goals. This is a permanent role and will be 5 days a week onsite in Irvine, CA. The pay range for this role is $130k-$145k/yr.

8+ years of experience in IT applications management, with a focus on healthcare or a similar industry.
Strong understanding of Kafka, Mulesoft, and Cloud Native applications and environments
Proven experience working in an Agile environment
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
