Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Healthcare Project Coordinator. The Healthcare Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting our business architects and project managers within the Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace sectors. This individual will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities, tracking time charges, and ensuring the timely execution of upcoming work. The coordinator will also maintain capability maps and manage time allocation across various projects.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years' experience in project coordination, preferably within healthcare settings.

Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.

Strong understanding of Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace operations.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to track and motivate team members.

Detail-oriented with a knack for strategic planning and documentation.

Ability to represent business architects in meetings and accurately relay information.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Experience with time tracking and project accounting systems.

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
