Job Description
Seeking a detail‑oriented HCM Change Management Specialist to support change, communications, and adoption for a global HCM (Workday) implementation. This role partners with the System Integrator Change Lead, HR teams, and project workstreams to drive awareness, training readiness, and end‑user adoption across impacted groups.
Key Responsibilities:
Support development and execution of change and communication plans
Draft and edit communications (emails, FAQs, updates, job aids)
Maintain project trackers, calendars, and Teams/SharePoint sites
Coordinate stakeholder meetings; capture notes and action items
Support training logistics (scheduling, registration, materials, attendance tracking)
Assist with readiness surveys, adoption metrics, and simple reporting
Maintain change dashboards and support hypercare communications post go‑live

Required Skills & Experience
2-4 years of experience in change management within Workday, with 3+ years leading change for global system implementations.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow‑through
Experience supporting large, global, cross‑functional initiatives
Comfortable working in fast‑paced, high‑visibility project environments
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in communications, Organizational Development, HR, or related field.
