One of Insight Global’s customers is looking to onboard an Epic Professional Billing & Claims Analyst, II to their team to support the Professional Billing (PB) and Claims applications within Epic. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a structured environment, can manage multiple priorities, and has a strong understanding of Epic’s backend workflows. They will play a key role in maintaining system stability, supporting upgrades, and handling day-to-day operational tasks. They will work tickets efficiently, using Orien to track build tasks and progress, assist with upgrades and apply changes using Nove Notes, and respond to and resolve ad hoc requests from stakeholders. This is a permanent and remote opportunity and will require flexibility to work PST.

Required Skills & Experience
2–5 years of experience in Epic application support or similar analyst role.
Strong knowledge of Epic Professional Billing (PB) workflows (preferred) and Claims; ability to work across both (approx. 2/3 PB, 1/3 Claims).
Ability to stay organized, prioritize work appropriately, and operate independently as a self-starter.
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaborotion.
Broad understanding of Epic’s backend processes and ability to apply knowledge across multiple areas.
Familiarity with Orien and Nove Notes tools.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting upgrades and handling complex build tasks.
