One of Insight Global’s customers is looking to onboard an Epic Ambulatory Analyst, I to support the Ambulatory application suite. This entry-level role is ideal for someone ambitious, eager to grow, and passionate about healthcare technology. They will provide frontline support, triage tickets, and assist with Community Connect initiatives, ensuring smooth operations for their clinical and dental partners. This is a permanent and remote opportunity.

Required Skills & Experience
1–2 years’ experience as an analyst or in a similar support role.
Strong desire to learn and grow within Epic systems; ambitious and proactive mindset.
Background in dental (front desk, back office, assistant) OR primary care (medical assistant, office manager) OR certified in Ambulatory workflows.
Exposure to Epic applications (user-level or analyst-level).
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Elbow support experience during go-lives or upgrades.
Epic Ambulatory certification (or willingness to obtain).
Training or instructional background.
