Job Description

An employer in the Orange County area is seeking an Electronic Health Record (EHR) Analyst. This is a primarily remote position, with expectation to come on site once every couple of months. 6-month contract with extensions and likely conversion. The EHR Analyst will support end users, system configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization of a newly integrated EHR system. This role supports an organization deeply involved in behavioral health services. They will also participate in training end users, including clinicians and therapists utilizing their system.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience as an EHR Analyst (any EHR system acceptable; MyEvolv or Motivity preferred).

Experience with SQL, including pulling reports and basic database queries.

Strong understanding of system configuration, front‑end workflows, and how operational processes translate into system functionality.

Experience supporting system upgrades, testing cycles, and training initiatives.

Healthcare domain knowledge required; ABA or autism‑related domain experience is a plus but not mandatory.
