Job Description
Project Analysts will work with project managers and their teams, who are distributed throughout the organization and divisions
-Providing support in a corporate project office setting, performing routine functions, understanding project management office processes and models, and maintaining office documents and material.
-Provide support and assistance in corporate applications used by the Program Management Office.
-Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
The Project Analyst will also be providing
-Support in a corporate project office setting, performing routine functions, understanding project management office processes and models, and maintaining office documents and material
-Provide support and assistance in corporate applications used by the Program Management Office.
-Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
-Responsible for data entry, data analysis and report generation activities as part of the overall project planning and schedule control routines.
-Working independently to produce high quality, highly technical and complex analyses, the project analyst should be able to independently lead/conduct small planning and
-Control Sessions with full engagement with the project manager and team while paying close attention to detail.
-Expected to support other corporate project functions, analyses, and infrastructure enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience in MS Project or P6 Primavera – scheduling, maintaining, creating, baselining, etc. for projects in flight
Experience in semiconductor industry or related fields a plus
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiples level in an organization
Individual contributor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently
Knowledge in BI, resource management, life cycle processes, etc. a plus
Experience with Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau
A bachelor's degree or relevant experience as project team lead, facilitator, or coordinator
