Engage with large enterprise customers, primarily federal, state, and local government agencies, to deliver automation solutions that provide tangible value. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand infrastructure, challenges, and the technical impact of customer projects. Lead adoption strategies, perform demos, and proofs of value for workload automation solutions. Develop and present solution and adoption roadmaps aligning with customer needs. Maintain knowledge of Broadcoms automation portfolio, third-party tools, and related technologies. Work with sales, R&D, and services teams to ensure solutions are aligned and integrated. Manage account opportunities, engagements, and team activities within assigned accounts. Foster strong customer relationships to transition from relationships to strategic partnerships. Support account marketing efforts through collaborative activities and workshops.

12+ years' experience with bachelor's or higher in a technical or business discipline.
Experience with workload automation tools like or similar to (Control-M, Autosys, Redwood, Stonebranch, Truesight).
Experience working with federal agencies, including DoD, and/or state and local government.
Ability to travel up to 60%.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, COBOL, or related automation tools.
Direct experience with SAP.
US Government Secret clearance or higher.
Proven ability to translate customer business requirements into effective automation solutions.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, including software demos.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and stakeholders.
Clear understanding of business and IT management practices.
