Job Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring excellent communication, relationship management, and ongoing
satisfaction.
• Proactively cultivate client relationships to identify new opportunities, expand account scope, and drive long-term growth.
• Manage the end-to-end product development process—from concept through delivery—with a strategic focus on cost, quality, timing, and
customer alignment.
• Establish and manage product development timelines, including critical paths and milestone schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Review and provide actionable feedback on 3D models, prototypes, off-tool samples, and production samples to ensure alignment with brand
standards and design intent.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and factory teams to propose cost-saving opportunities, quality improvements, and schedule
optimizations.
• Evaluate and address product feasibility, manufacturability, and engineering constraints throughout the development lifecycle.
• Deliver design and engineering solutions that balance technical, business, and aesthetic objectives.
• Ensure products meet all client and brand guidelines, and track all stages of approvals from design through final production.
• Maintain daily communication with customers, providing timely updates, resolving development queries, and reinforcing confidence in project
execution.
• Lead and manage communications with overseas teams, factories, and vendors to ensure consistent alignment and execution across regions.
• Organize and participate in recurring conference calls with overseas teams and vendors to drive progress and resolve issues.
• Liaise with domestic and international teams to track and manage development, pre-production, and shipment samples.
• Oversee domestic China CCC testing and factory compliance to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
• Coordinate with testing labs on document submissions, TRF requests, report tracking, and routine renewals of expired reports.
• Lead and contribute to internal product design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and ideation for new concepts.
• Recommend enhancements or innovations to existing product lines to meet client needs and market trends.
• Use project tracking tools to manage multiple concurrent projects and report status to internal stakeholders regularly.
• Complete routine administrative tasks and documentation as required.
• Travel domestically and internationally (including Asia) as needed to support development, vendor coordination, and client engagement.

Required Skills & Experience

• BA/BS from an accredited University
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
• Industry related experience (i.e. consumer products, toys, collectibles, etc.)
• Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator (Adobe Creative Suite)
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
