Sales Director
(Healthcare Technology Management)

Summary:
The Sales Director role will be responsible for generating net new business while achieving quarterly quota targets as an individual contributor. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the HTM industry and asset management strategies. Relationship-building, negotiation, go-to-market strategies, and competitor analysis are critical skills for this position.

What you will do:
· Build a sales pipeline to achieve quarterly quota targets and generate at least $3M per year depending on company AOP
· Identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), set appointments, make effective discovery calls, and manage the full sales cycle to close new business in all service categories
· Develop a rolodex of key decision-makers: understand who the strategic and economic buyers are for each potential customer
· Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations
· Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined solution-selling process, often including demos and presentations
· Handle common objections during sales calls and seek to understand how Renovo’s value proposition can be integrated
· Partner with marketing teammates on sales strategies and content that can support sales efforts
· Collaborate with other Sales Directors to ensure that quotas are being met and company standards are being upheld
· Maintain and track pipeline activity through our CRM tool
· Provide accurate forecasts to management and communicate any changes
· Support the operations team with Renewal Opportunities where appropriate
· Submit expense reports and other mandated documents in required timeframe

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
· 5+ years of sales experience within a similar industry
· Proven track record of closing deals that generate $3M in annual invoiced revenue
· Executive-level presence, professional communication skills, and solution-selling knowledge
· Willingness to travel up to $60% of time with overnight travel – customer site visits, healthcare conference/Expos, etc.
· Proficient with sales management software and CRM tools

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
