Insight Global is searching for a Project Manager of Video Player Teams to own and manage the video player release process across platforms, coordinating different build cycles and release windows for mobile, CTV, and web to ensure smooth, on time deployments. This person will track and coordinate platform specific release cadences, including iOS and Android build and submission timelines, Roku and other CTV update schedules, Browser stability, compatibility, and feature support. This makes the role highly operational and detail oriented. They will partner with Engineering and Product to support video playback features, including playback behavior changes, feature rollouts, and SDK integrations across devices, Manage vendor relationships for video playback technology, Facilitate Agile ceremonies, stand ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives across one or more teams and keep Jira boards accurate and up to date and act as central point of coordination.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5 + years of Strong technical project management experience supporting cross platform digital products -Connected TV, mobile apps, web and video players with multiple release cadences
• Experience managing video or streaming related technology, such as video players, playback services, SDKs, or platform services used across devices
• comfortable managing complex dependencies, platform specific timelines, and frequent releases across iOS, Android, CTV (e.g., Roku), and web
• Working knowledge of streaming fundamentals, including playback behavior, buffering, playback errors, and quality of experience (QoE) concepts hands on expertise preferred, some learning on the job expected
• Experience working with external vendors and SDK integrations, including managing version upgrades, integration timing, and release conflicts - Dolby or similar technology partners
• Strong familiarity with Agile delivery Scrum, including sprint ceremonies, backlog management, and Jira tracking
• Excellent cross functional communication skills, with the ability to partner closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Design, and external stakeholders
• Comfort operating in ambiguity, proactively defining requirements, documenting decisions, and keeping work moving forward under pressure
