Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Home Health client in the Modesto, CA area. The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing quality home health services to assigned patients under the direct supervision of the Clinical Supervisor. Through competent application of nursing processes and use of accepted best practices, provides and directs the provision of quality home health services to assigned patients. Additionally, ensures compliance in accordance with federal, state, local regulations and agency policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

- Have completed the level of education required to obtain a license as a Registered Nurse in the state of California.
- Current, unencumbered California Registered Nurse license.
- One (1) year of clinical experience; home health experience preferred.
- Current CPR certification.
- Must have a valid in-state drivers license, reliable transportation, provide current registration and insurance, and have a driving record with no more than two points within the last three years.
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with people who have varied backgrounds.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, patients, family members, visitors, government agencies/personal and the general public.
- Be proficient in the use of computer software programs for internal and external communications and be capable of accurately documenting within the Electronic Health Record.
