Job Description

Insight Globals Cient is transforming the construction industry with fast, efficient, and sustainable modular home construction. Our innovative approach allows homes to be built faster, with higher quality, and less waste than traditional methods.

As our Associate, Front Desk, you are the first point of contact for visitors and guests. The position will support the day-to-day operations of the office and ensure the look, feel, and functionality are consistent with the culture. Assist employees with office-related requests or issues. Support company initiatives, assist with internal workplace communication, surveys, and supporting cross-functional teams with other office activities.

What You’ll Do
● Greet guests and ensure they are connected with the internal sponsor and signed in
● Work with cross-functional teams to support the onboarding of new employees, including setting up badges, and supporting orientation on their first day
● Support Administration Assistants with catering and room preparation for executive meetings as required.
● Host all candidates for interviews, ensuring they have the correct rooms and a positive experience at Veev.
● Utilizing internal department resources ensure conference room supplies are replenished and rooms are functional and clean.
● Coordinating facilities service vendor schedules as needed.

Compensation:
$20/hr to $25/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of

the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this

Required Skills & Experience

● 2+ years of customer service, or administrative experience required.
● Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
● Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets and calendaring programs.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work in a timely manner.
● Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
