Job Description
This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing inventory data, and helping ensure supplies are available when needed. Role includes answering calls and assisting customers in a professional manner, entering and managing data in computer systems, and keeping records organized. You will communicate important information with team members and leadership, helping resolve issues and support daily operations.
Tasks: Data entry, customer interaction, customer interaction documentation, troubleshooting customer needs

Required Skills & Experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Customer service experience
Strong knowledge and experience in understanding needs and verbiage of clinical and non-clinical staff
Skill in performing proficient data entry and computer skills for entering, accessing, utilizing, and maintaining related information in a variety of software applications
Basic MS excel experience
