We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our clients dynamic Global Measurement Marketing team. This role focuses on leveraging data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns across various global channels (paid, earned, owned, social). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, digital marketing, and a passion for driving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
Data Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends. Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance to stakeholders.
Optimization: Identify opportunities for campaign improvement through data analysis and experimentation, including A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product departments, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
Budget Management: Manage and analyze marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing to continuously improve marketing tactics and strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in performance marketing or a similar analytical role.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and SQL.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Knowledge of advanced analytics and data visualization tools.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
