Job Description
Support the development of data‑driven advertising products by analyzing product and platform performance, supporting experimentation, and delivering insights that inform product decisions. Partner with product and engineering teams to define success metrics, analyze feature launches and A/B tests, and build dashboards and analyses that surface trends, opportunities, and risks across ad platforms. Work with large, complex datasets and modern analytics tools to translate product questions into actionable insights that improve platform performance and user workflows.

Required Skills & Experience
Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing large, complex datasets
Experience using Python for data analysis and basic statistical modeling (e.g., pandas, NumPy)
Experience analyzing product or platform performance data
Familiarity with experimentation concepts (A/B testing, success metrics, guardrails)
Experience building dashboards or visualizations using BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Qlik, etc.)
Understanding of data modeling concepts and analytics data structures
BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting product experimentation (test design support, results interpretation, post‑launch analysis)
Familiarity with digital advertising concepts, metrics, or platforms
Experience analyzing programmatic or direct advertising data
Experience using notebook‑based workflows (Jupyter, Databricks)
Exposure to AI‑assisted analytics tools for exploration or analysis
