Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, preferably within a law firm. This role requires excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
Handle credit card payments and other financial transactions.
Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and external partners.
Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for various administrative tasks.
