Job Description
The Workplace Operations Associate is a position for a self-starter who must be extremely thorough, who possess outstanding communication skills and demonstrates diligence and devotion throughout the entire coordination process through task and project completion. It is imperative for this individual to have outstanding customer service skills and the ability to provide customers with quick solutions and ensure requests are completed in a timely manner. This individual must be able to perform “hands on” tasks such as furniture assembly and moving boxes/large items throughout the facility.
Responsibilities
Workstation setup and breakdown
Event setup and breakdown
Daily walkthroughs (Checking Common Spaces and Furniture Resetting)
New Hire Setups IT Inventory (Monitors, mice, Keyboards)
Ad-Hoc Requests (desktop setup, relocation)
Furniture Assembly and Installation
Temp signage placement
Cable Management
Forklift Utilization
General ticket request
Reports Cleanliness issues
Expected Pay Rate is $32.00/hr

Required Skills & Experience
1+ years of relevant experience in a corporate, retail, or industrial/warehouse setting
Ability to lift and/or carry or push up to 35lbs
Advanced knowledge of building/installing furniture & partition grids
Positive, proactive attitude and “can-do” mentality that is customer service oriented
Excellent listening skills, organizational skills, & strong communication skills with leaders & executors
Strong work ethic, commitment to quality, & proven follow-through skills, a leader yet a team player
Availability to work weekends/nights as needed in order to meet schedule demand
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under constant changing priorities and demands
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
Ability to see the big picture, yet still be detail oriented
Ability to have the multi-tasking and project-based mindset, what will it take to oversee this through project close out
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
