Job Description
Maintain OS standards and patching compliance across lab and cleanroom equipment.
Refresh and re-image systems as needed.
Troubleshoot patching, antivirus, and device security issues.
Enroll and manage devices in antivirus and endpoint protection platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders and global teams to drive innovation and operational excellence.
Work onsite in lab and cleanroom environments as required.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience supporting enterprise-level heterogeneous computing environments.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with business units, GIS, support teams, and external vendors.
Experience in semiconductor, high-tech, or research industries preferred.
2–4+ years of hands-on experience with Windows 10/7/XP, legacy NT systems, and Unix/Linux platforms.
Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving end-user connectivity issues.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Prior experience working in cleanroom environments is a strong plus.
