Job Description

Spend Management: Manage compensation and fringe forecasting and accruals, maintaining detailed knowledge of HR and comp programs.
Functional Partnership: Be a business partner for HR Benefits & Corporate Legal team and be the main point of contact for analytical & financial consulting
Reporting: Develop and track critical financial and operating metrics for the executive team, communicate actionable insights to relevant stakeholders
Financial Analytics and Presentations: Support preparation of executive presentations and support schedules twice a quarter
Accountability & Ownership: Collaborate with HR benefits team and manage financial implications of Expat program, North America fringe and various benefits/comp programs
Analytical Support: Translate data (from multiple sources and datasets) into information by analysis and give constructive recommendations for improvements
Compliance: Provide support for SOX testing and audits as necessary
Process improvements: Interactively manage and enhance a suite of analysis templates as well as generate new templates upon demand and business needs
Provide various ad hoc analysis upon request

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in a complex or matrixed organization.
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and investment analysis.
Extensive experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday Financials) and reporting tools (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights).
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, Power Query, and complex formulas; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
Strong understanding of GAAP, corporate finance, and financial controls.
Demonstrated ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial data to non-financial audiences.
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
