Job Description

As a Construction Project Manager (Infrastructure), you will play a key role in supporting factory buildouts, demolition of existing spaces, system upgrades, and ongoing operations. This position is critical to ensuring manufacturing facilities are efficiently built, optimized, and transitioned into production.
You will oversee general construction activities, manage subcontractors and self-perform teams, and support the installation of new manufacturing lines. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with construction engineering, design, facilities, commissioning, and manufacturing teams. You’ll be responsible for managing both field execution and office-side project controls, including budgets and schedules.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction
- Oversee bidding processes, material procurement, and contract negotiations
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams (QC, QA, CX, Facilities)
- Lead project startup activities including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking across labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Prepare and manage major purchase orders with appropriate scope and pricing evaluation
- Review project documentation (plans, P&IDs, single-line diagrams, loop diagrams) to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Ensure all projects meet company specifications, procedures, and safety standards

Pay Range for this role is $55 - $65 per hour depending on years of experience and education.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Executive Reporting Experience and Knowledge
- Effective reasoning and judgment skill
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Primavera, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Large-Scale construction project experience, 1M SF or more. Brown Field and/or Green Field
