Job Description

As a Construction Project Manager, Infrastructure you will be playing a critical role in factory buildout, demolition of existing factory spaces, upgrading, maintaining operations, and optimizing systems for the most exciting company in the world. You will manage general construction, subcontractors and self-perform of various trades to remove and install new manufacturing lines and collaborate cross-functionally with construction engineering, design, facilities, commissioning, and manufacturing as the facility transitions to production operations. From both the field and office, you will be responsible for maintaining budgets and schedules.

What You’ll Do
- Takes ownership of assigned projects and scopes, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction, opportunities, and cost savings for company
- Evaluates bidding, material buyouts, and negotiating opportunities for potential and assigned projects
- Maintains effective communication with personnel, including QC, QA, CX, and Facilities
- Completes project startup procedures, including but not limited to: Making projections, budgeting, and performing job cost entry for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracts
- Prepares major purchase orders while following appropriate pricing and scope evaluations
- Reviews project plans, P&ID’s, single-line diagrams, and loop diagrams to account for all material and hardware
- Manages projects according to companies specifications, procedures, and policies

Pay Range for this role is $55 - $71 based on years of experience and education

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
- Large-Scale construction project experience, 1M SF or more. Brown Field and/or Green Field
- Proficiency with or ability to learn how to use Primavera, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Suite, accounting software, estimating software, and other required systems and software
- Ability to read and interpret all contract documents, plans, specifications, and requirements

- Executive Reporting Experience and Knowledge
- Effective reasoning and judgment skill
