Insight Global is looking for a UX Research Operations Manager to join one of our clients in the consumer games space. This role ensures our researchers have the systems, processes, and operational support needed to uncover insights that shape the future of their products, software, and player experience. Rather than conducting research directly, this role operationalizes research, owns logistics, participant management, governance, recruiting protocols, and workflow to make sure the team operates efficiently from start to finish.

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in UX Research Operations, Research Program Management, UX Research, or a related role
- Experience with end-to-end research operations lifecycle, from intake and planning through execution and insight delivery
- Familiarity with UX research methods and workflows
- Hands on experience with participant recruitment and research logistics
- High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience managing research tools and repositories
- Knowledge of research ethics, privacy, and compliance standards
- Background in UX, Human‑Centered Design, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields
- Experience scaling research operations in a growing organization
