The HR Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department by executing a wide range of administrative and transactional tasks with precision and professionalism. This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of core HR services including payroll processing, onboarding, benefits administration, employee records management, and compliance support. Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for employees, providing timely and accurate assistance while maintaining strict confidentiality. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

24 years of progressive experience in an HR administrative or support role
Solid understanding of HR operations, including onboarding, employee records management, benefits coordination, and payroll support
Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Associate or bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Bamboo experience
Experience with document management and digital filing systems
Fast-paced, multi-functional HR environment
