Job Description

Join our team as an IT Service Desk Technician supporting a leading biotech firm through Insight Global. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to internal users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. You will troubleshoot problems, escalate issues as needed, and ensure timely resolution to maintain operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a background in supporting IT systems in a dynamic environment.
