Insight Global is seeking a Sr. System Engineer in El Segundo, CA.
The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and integration of advanced SIGINT systems for airborne and space missions. This role requires expertise in SIGINT sensor technologies, data processing, system operations, mission requirements, and overall system architecture. Key responsibilities include designing and developing SIGINT systems to meet mission specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams for sensor and data integration, and conducting performance and environmental testing with data validation. The candidate will also prepare technical documentation, stay current with industry advancements to recommend improvements, participate in project planning and risk management, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Required Skills & Experience
Active TS/SCI
Bachelors Degree
Proven excellence in experience in the design, integration, and testing of SIGINT systems
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Strong understanding of sensor technologies, data acquisition, and data processing techniques
• Knowledge of communication systems and data transmission protocols
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Experience with software tools for simulation and modeling of sensor systems
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
