Job Description
The Manger will assist in leading the continued Finance Transformation at Mattel. He/she will work closely with systems leads, the Systems Implementation Partner, regional leadership teams and the NextGen Vice President. Mattel operates in 35 countries and sells products in >150 countries.
To excel in this role, the candidate should have a solid background in accounting, indirect tax and the ability to quickly learn systems with the ability to translate business requirements. In addition, they should have excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and summarize decision making to executives. Experience in transformation is a plus. Experience with Oracle Fusion cloud and Thomas Reueters or ONe Source for financials is a plus. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving decisions forward, understanding business processes, and process improvement, along with a passion for the data and tools to support a modern Finance organization.

Required Skills & Experience
7 + years of experience working in finance,
Experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud for financials
Experience with functional capabilities and practical application of Oracle Fusion Cloud
Strong understanding of indirect tax processes, as well as core finance functions such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Order to Cash
Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build relationships, influence decisions and drive results through partnerships at all levels
Strong initiative and ability to bring order to ambiguity
Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to drive projects to completion
