This is an exciting opportunity to join a team at the forefront of satellite innovation, where your contributions will directly impact mission-critical systems in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment. This position leads the design, development, and integration of spacecraft simulation platforms that support flight software testing, mission rehearsal, and customer training. It also serves as a technical authority overseeing complex hybrid systems, ensuring software quality and security, guiding distributed teams, and mentoring junior engineers.

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Engineering Technology), Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science from an accredited institution.
Active Top Secret clearance
Experience with satellites, launch systems, orbiters and/or ground control systems.
Familiar with military standards
Skilled in using visual modeling languages and tools to represent complex systems and workflows, including experience with platforms like Cameo and MATLAB
Familiar with iterative development methodologies that emphasize collaboration, adaptability, and rapid delivery cycles
Proficient in managing code across decentralized repositories using tools like Git, and experienced with collaborative development platforms that support secure, integrated workflows
