Insight Global is seeking a Lead DevSecOps Engineer to spearhead the integration of DevSecOps practices into a complex software development program. This role involves designing, building, and managing the entire CI/CD pipeline, including the initial setup of infrastructure and tools to support automated development, testing, and deployment workflows. The ideal candidate will bring a strong systems administration background, with the ability to lead technical implementation while producing thorough documentation to support process transparency and repeatability. This position requires a proactive approach to embedding security into every phase of the development lifecycle and guiding teams through the adoption of modern DevSecOps methodologies.

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Engineering Technology), Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science from an accredited institution.
Active Top Secret clearance
Active Security+ or equivalent certification.
Exposure to scripting languages Python, JavaScript, or similar
Strong GitLab experience
Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
Experience upholding military software standards
Understanding of Risk Management Frameworks (RMF).
Understanding of Technical Operating Report (TOR) standards.
Experience with software containerization and container orchestration.
Experience with build automation tools and processes.
