Insight Global is seeking an UI/Interaction Designer for a client in the Branding/Design space. This role will be fully remote. This role will be specializing in innovative digital experiences, creating websites and products that help our clients deliver consistent, high-quality, AI-driven solutions. Using your interaction design expertise, you'll transform complex problems into simple, engaging solutions that meet user needs. You will craft designs, as well as interactions, using Figma and modern prototyping and motion tools. Working closely with brand, strategy, and digital teams - as well as developers and clients. You will implement scalable design solutions across multiple products and platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interaction specifications for new and existing digital products with a focus on AI-driven interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and experience teams, strategists, and visual designers, throughout the design process.
- Translate our research, usability testing insights, and business requirements into effective and user-centered design solutions
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, data, and technical contraints
- Develop and maintain design documentation, including style guides and component libraries, to ensure consistency across platforms
- Present design concepts and solutions clearly and persuasively to stakeholders and team members
- Participate in user research activities, such as usability testing, interviews, and surveys, to gather insights and validate design decisions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest interaction design trends, tools, and technologies

- 5+ years experience of interaction design, UX/UI design, or a similar role
- Demonstrate experience in creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, interaction and motion examples for complex applications
-Expert proficiency in Figma, including advanced features like prototyping, auto-layout, components, and variants
- Experience working with AI during design process
- Strong portfolio and experience showcasing interaction design deliverables, interactive prototypes, pixel-perfect UI designs, high-fidelity mockups, AI utilities, websites, and consumer apps
Experience in Adobe Effects
