Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and systems-oriented Business Systems Analyst to support the design, integration, and optimization of enterprise systems across an aerospace manufacturing environment. This role sits at the intersection of engineering (design systems) and operations (manufacturing, supply chain, finance), driving end-to-end process alignment across MES and ERP platforms.
The ideal candidate will have experience working across both upstream engineering workflows and downstream operational execution, with a strong understanding of how digital systems translate into physical production outcomes.

This position is a 6 month contract with possibility to convert. The converting salary for the role ranges from $126,000-195,000. Insurance and 401K are offered throughout the contract period.

5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst (or similar role) in a complex enterprise environment
Strong experience with MES systems (critical requirement)
Experience working with or supporting ERP systems (NetSuite experience preferred but not required)
Proven ability to work across both:

Engineering systems (PLM/CAD)
Operational systems (ERP, MES, Supply Chain)


Experience with end-to-end system implementations or major enhancements
Hands-on experience with:

Requirements gathering and documentation
Process mapping (current/future state)
UAT planning and execution


Ability to query data (SQL or similar tools) to validate outputs and test system changes
Strong understanding of data flows, integrations, and system dependencies
Aerospace, manufacturing, or highly regulated industry experience

Experience with Manufacturo or similar MES platforms
Experience with Teamcenter, NX, or other PLM systems
Background supporting digital thread initiatives
Experience working on both engineering-focused and operations-focused projects
Strong understanding of inventory management, production workflows, and logistics systems
