Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage weekly, monthly, and annual allocation plans aligned with sales forecasts and business strategies.
Execute inventory releases from multiple distribution centers, ensuring optimal product flow.
Analyze sales trends and make informed allocation decisions to support promotions, seasonal setups, and marketing initiatives.
Monitor and manage daily order reports across multiple retail accounts.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Demand Planning, Customer Fulfillment, and Marketing teams to coordinate product availability and delivery.
Maintain and update internal systems and reports to support brand performance and inventory tracking.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of allocation planning and inventory management.
Excellent analytical and strategic decision-making skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive and collaborative mindset.
Bachelors degree required; relevant work experience preferred.
