Job Description

- Enter data into a system accurately and efficiently

- Provide phone support to customers and resolve their issues

- Escalate calls to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary

- Log tickets for each call and follow up on the status

- Be available to take calls and emails using Zendesk and respond promptly

Required Skills & Experience

- Bilingual in Spanish

- Ability to work Pacific time zone (PST)

- Zendesk phone support system experience highly preferred, OR similar phone support system experience (Genesys, Five9 etc)

- 3+ years Call Center Experience (multitasking - taking information over the phone and entering into a system)

- Bachelor's or Associates degree preferred or Highschool diploma + 3 year's relevant work experience

- Experience with reviewing documents/ applications/ eligibility information/claims

- Excel experience

- Active listening skills and great communication

- Attention to detail and organizational skills

- Reliable

- Experience working in a remote or hyrbid setting - self sufficient

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience with salesforce

- Experience with SharePoint

- Human Services or government background
