Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Engineer III to join one of our largest retail clients in the Bay Area. This role will focus on Cloud Security Architecture, leveraging expertise in Netskope Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) to enhance their security posture. The ideal candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Netskope SASE, with a strong background in cloud security solutions and architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage cloud security architectures using Netskope SASE.
Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure the protection of cloud-based assets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Netskope solutions into existing security frameworks. This includes assisting with access management (SAML/OAuth) for internal users.
Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
Provide technical leadership and guidance on cloud security best practices.
Stay current with emerging security threats and technologies to continuously improve the security posture.
Train and mentor team members on Netskope SASE and cloud security principles.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud security architecture.
Proven expertise in Netskope SASE and related technologies.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their security features.
Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
