Job Description

Adjusted for Capital Projects:

Led financial analysis for capital expenditure projects, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI, and payback period calculations.
Developed and maintained capital project budgets, ensuring alignment with corporate financial goals and compliance standards.
Partnered with engineering, operations, and procurement teams to evaluate project feasibility and optimize resource allocation.
Monitored project performance against budget and timeline, providing variance analysis and actionable insights to leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree (analytical field preferred); CFA or MBA is a plus.
Experience: 3–5 years post-college in retail or FP&A roles.
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and modeling; familiarity with PowerBI, MicroStrategy, Hyperion, Peoplesoft, Flash Sales; proficiency in PowerPoint.
Core Competencies: Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and ability to work in ambiguity.
Character: High integrity and trustworthiness with confidential data.
