Job Description

We are seeking a Data Analyst to serve as a hands-on contributor supporting data pipelines, reporting, and process automation. This role will act as a “second pair of hands” for the analytics team—helping build and maintain pipelines, cleaning up data, automate manual processes, and support the ongoing transition from Excel-based workflows to centralized data platforms feeding Power BI.
This is a practical, execution-focused role ideal for someone comfortable with data cleanup, Power BI, and Power Platform tools, and eager to grow into broader analytics and automation responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Data & Analytics Support
• Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines feeding Power BI dashboards
• Perform light data transformations during data ingestion and import processes
• Support the migration of data sources from Excel and Power BI Dataflows into Foundry
• Help standardize and improve data quality through routine data cleanup and validation
• Maintain and update existing Power BI reports and datasets
Power Platform & Automation
• Support development and maintenance of solutions using Power Platform, including Power Forms and related components
• Assist with process automation to reduce manual effort across reporting and operational workflows
• Contribute to the creation of forms, workflows, and supporting documentation
• Utilize VBA where needed to support legacy Excel-based processes during transition phases
Process Improvement & Enablement
• Help design and document data processes and workflows
• Support initiatives to move reporting and data collection out of Excel and into more scalable platforms
• Collaborate with team members to implement new ideas and solutions as needs evolve
