Responsibilities
PG&E is seeking a Power BI Developer with a strong analytics background to design and maintain reporting solutions that support business decision-making. This role will work closely with stakeholders to develop dashboards, improve data quality, and transform complex business requirements into actionable insights. The team utilizes Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, SAP, SharePoint, and Excel to drive reporting and operational analytics.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards
• Analyze data and provide business insights
• Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements
• Ensure data accuracy and improve data quality
• Integrate data from multiple enterprise systems
• Support automation and process improvement initiatives using Microsoft tools
• Create scalable reporting solutions to support business operations and leadership decision-making

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Haves
• 6-8+ years of Power BI development experience
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with Snowflake, SAP, and SharePoint data sources
• Experience building dashboards, reports, and data models in Power BI
• Data analytics experience with the ability to identify trends and provide actionable insights
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Power Apps and/or Power Automate
