Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst to work for a leader in the utility industry. In this role you will be responsible for the following:
- WOR reviews and reminders of various thinkgs across different leaders
- Building the decks for DOR, WOR, and MOR's creating the slides
- Pull data from Excel and SQL and ensure that data is reflected in the Power Point decks that you will build
- Working directly with leadership on ways in which we can create operational efficiency and support adhoc logistics
- Performs analysis on complex data models requiring customized reports and data
- Develops new or revises existing data analysis to predict business outcomes selecting from various complex variables
- Develops and uses metrics to develop recommendations related to business strategy and operations. Presents findings and recommendations to leaders.
- Manages small to mid-size projects

Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of Business Analytics experience
- Experience pulling data from excel and SQL
- Bachelors Degree in one of the fields (Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related discipline)
- Strong experience with MS Power Point (pulling data from SQL or excel and building that into PowerPoints)
- Experience presenting to leadership on findings and driving results
- Ability to pick up things quickly, need someone who is ambitious and has drive
- Ability to be in Dublin or San Ramon 1x a week
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Ability to develop PBI dashboards
- MBA Degree
